DHL EXPRESS 

All European orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via DHL Express.

Delivery is expected within 3–7 working days, depending on destination.

Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout. Local import charges may be applied by customs in the destination country prior to delivery.

The Sleep Edit Limited does not cover duties, taxes, or import fees. If applicable, DHL will contact you directly for payment before delivery.

If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid import charges, the customer will be responsible for any associated return or handling fees.

For all DHL Express deliveries you will receive a notification from DHL Express On-Demand Delivery and you will be provided with email/ sms updates about your shipment progress and estimated delivery dates and times. 

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order, and then reject the shipment for any reason including due to import vat/duty charges, then you will be responsible for any charges incurred in the sending of the order plus the cost for it to be returned to The Sleep Edit. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
