EUROPEAN SHIPPING

DHL EXPRESS 

Depending on your location within the EU, the shipping rate and delivery time is calculated at checkout. Delivery is expected in 3-7 working days.

All European orders
are shipped from our UK warehouse.

Please note the total cost of your order does not include any import or duties fees. These fees are put in place by customs for the country of delivery. We would recommend checking local customs and taxes before placing your order as The Sleep Edit Limited has no control over these charges. If there are any fees to be paid our courier will contact you for further payment prior to delivery. If the parcel is rejected due to additional import charges it is your responsibility to pay for any charges associated with the rejection of this shipment and redelivery back to the UK (this charge will be advised by DHL at the time of rejection).

SHIPPING

Shipments to Australia and the USA have duties and taxes pre paid which will be shown at the checkout page.

 DHL EXPRESS 

For DHL Express deliveries you will receive a notification from DHL Express On-Demand Delivery and you will be provided with email/ sms updates about your shipment progress and estimated delivery dates and times. 

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order, and then reject the shipment for any reason including due to import vat/duty charges, then you will be responsible for any charges incurred in the sending of the order plus the cost for it to be returned to The Sleep Edit. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
