All European orders are shipped from our UK warehouse via DHL Express.

Delivery is expected within 3–7 working days, depending on destination.

Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout. Local import charges may be applied by customs in the destination country prior to delivery.

Shipping to Australia is AUD $22 or free on orders over AUD $250.

Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout. For orders under AUD $1,000, duties or taxes are not typically charged on delivery.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your order’s progress.

Orders to the United States are shipped from the UK via DHL Express.

Duties and taxes are not charged at checkout.

Orders to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes on delivery. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

GENERAL

DUTIES AND TAXES

The Sleep Edit Limited does not cover duties, taxes, or import fees. If applicable, your chosen courier will contact you directly for payment before delivery.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If you place an order, and then reject the shipment for any reason including due to import vat/duty charges, then you will be responsible for any charges incurred in the sending of the order plus the cost for it to be returned to The Sleep Edit. These charges will be deducted from your final refund.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
