We hope you're happy with your order. If it's not quite right, we're here to help.

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item(s) is:

• Unworn;
• In its original condition; and
• Returned with all original tags attached.

1. UK Returns

• Free UK returns & exchanges.
• Once your return request has been processed, we'll email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.
• Simply attach the label to your parcel or show the QR code (no need to print) at you nearest Post Office or Royal Mail location.

2. International Returns

We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs;
• Any duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer;
• We do not currently offer international exchanges;
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned for a refund. Where stated, these items may be eligible for an exchange of store credit only.

4. How to Return

Email hello@thesleepeditlabel.com with:

• Your order number;
• The reason for your return;
• Whether you'd like a refund or exchange.

We'll then email you the relevant returns instructions.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
