The Sleep Edit offer 14-Day Returns Policy

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
1.2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.
2. Initiation of the Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at: hello@thesleepeditlabel.com with your order number with the # and your email address.
- Please state the reason for Return/Exchange
- Let us know if you'd like to Return or Exchange the item(s).
- Please send your item using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item as we can not be held responsible for any losses in transit. We will inform you of our return address upon receipt of your email.

3. Return Shipping
3.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.

4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. 4.2. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Process
5.1. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution.

6. Exclusions
6.1. The Sleep Edit does not accept international exchanges.
6.2 Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined. Please note, you will have to pay all shipping and customs and taxes that are applicable (our Returns Portal is for UK only). Please use a tracked service as we can not be responsible for any losses in transit.
